Winemaking

The grapes are pressed after harvesting and alcohol fermentation takes palace at a low temperature about 20°C. The wine is rapidly racked, filtered and bottled.

 

Organoleptic characteristics

Slightly golden yellow with emerald lights.

The nose offers a floral and fruity bouquet.

The palate is marked by a warm harmonious combination.

8-10°C

Enjoy on its own or with leek tart and white meat.
